THE VICTORY SERIES - REALITY continued... Vol 2 - Issue 4, April 2011

Here is an excerpt from the April 2011 issue of my newsletter.

The governments of Tunisia and Egypt have changed and it seems that Libya is next in line. There have been mass protests by the citizens in Algeria, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Bahrain, against their respective governments. There are the occurrences of floods, earthquakes, erupting volcanoes and tsunamis. What is going on in the world and what do these things have to do with the invisible spirit realm mentioned in last month’s issue?

‘Daniel’ tells us about an experience he had that gives us a glimpse into the invisible spirit realm.
“In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision. In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.” (Daniel 10:1-3)
It was the third year of ‘Cyrus’ the king of Persia, when Daniel received this revelation. Daniel had been mourning for three full ‘weeks’ because of it. During these three periods of seven days he ate no pleasant bread, no meat and drank no wine. He didn’t even ‘anoint’ himself (which could also mean that he had not bathed) until the three weeks had been completed.

From the first day (three weeks before) that Daniel had set his ‘heart’ to understand and to ‘chasten’ himself before God, his words were heard and the man who was speaking to him had come because of Daniel’s ‘words’.
“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.” (Daniel 10:13)
The man further said that he was ‘withstood’ for twenty-one days by the ‘prince’ of Persia but that ‘Michael’ one of God’s generals came to his aid and he ‘remained’ there with the ‘kings’ of Persia (apparently while Michael fought the prince of Persia). What was he referring to when he said he remained? He was saying that he gained a victory over the kings of Persia; they must have been spirit kings as well.
